What is very special to me is; I am allowed my dog to shop with me and that means a lot.

This entire team is the epitome of how an establishment like this should be run. Everyone is incredibly kind, personable, professional, and knowledgeable. They greet me by name, remember what I like—and what I don’t—and always consider my preferences when I walk through the door. I have nothing but the highest praise and deepest respect for every member of the team, from the owner to the staff who make this place feel like home. Thank you to everyone at Haven. Now Walter was freaking awesome with his cowboy had American flag. There was a lovely lady to his left with black lipstick. She was freaking phenomenal too. What a wonderful lady and the lady out front on the computer with no hair she’s an amazing woman and the other dude’s man they were Wonderful place it was my first experience there today and I was very grateful for the way they took care of me. My experience with Lilly was a pleasant one. I think every just about everybody you have working for you is a professional and it is so very, very easy dealing with professionals.

Super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Wide range of products. Pre-order & drive-thru pick up available but the Haven app is quirky: if you pick an item not in stock, app doesn't tell you -- it just won't let you complete the order. Also, you can only order for pick up the same day. In any case the staff is great about figuring out & getting you what you need if you can't get the preorder app to work. Please tip them!
